Root Cause

Environmental Toxins

Environmental toxins include heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, microplastics, forever chemicals, and more.  Eighty percent of toxic burden is coming from two sources:  Food and Water.

Inflammation

Oxidative stress causes inflammation, which is associated with all chronic diseases.

Oxidative Stress

Environmental toxins cause oxidative stress, which is an excess of molecules called ROS (reactive oxygen species).  ROS damage DNA and mitochondria (energy producing structure inside cells).

Gut Health

Internally generated toxins from the gut, called LPS or endotoxin, is a major source of toxicity (metabolic endotoxemia).  Supporting microbiome diversity and gut barrier function is critical.
