Another Reason to Use Gelatin

Gelatin (collagen) contains a very high amount of the amino acid, glycine.  Glycine has anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating properties, and improves sleep quality, plus it appears to reduce daytime sleepiness in sleep deprived individuals.  If you want another reason to consider adding gelatin into your diet, the glycine it contains has been shown to lower H. Pylori bacteria (in Vitro).  Glycine is an excellent hypoallergenic source of protein as well.  Enjoy!
