Ray Peat Nutrition Consulting

I'm a huge fan of Ray Peat (PhD biologist and physiologist) inspired dietary guidelines, which include avoiding processed vegetable oils, consuming enough quality protein (especially gelatin) and non-starchy carbohydrate, and including healthy fats from coconut oil and butter.  It's nice to see quite a few websites up supporting Ray Peat's work, and this includes quite a few different kinds of practitioners guiding people toward health.  These sites can be very useful for those that choose to implement Ray Peat's guidelines into their lifestyle.  Related to that, I recently came across the site of a PhD Biochemist (Benedicte Lerche) who resolved her own health issues by following Ray Peat's advice, and now offers an on-line course and consultations specifically on implementing those guidelines.  For those interested, that site is www.biochemnordic.com
