Oatmeal for Breaktast

A recent randomized study looked at appetite control and whether oatmeal or "ready to eat" breakfast cereal was a better choice.  Eating oatmeal resulted in people feeling less hungry and more satisfied within the next 4 hours after eating it compared with the processed breakfast cereal.  If you are on a gluten-free diet, you can get gluten-free oats.
