What You Can Do For Stress

One of the best videos on how to manage stress better is by Dr. Mike Evans, an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Public Health at Toronto University.  The video is fun to watch, and it's empowering in the sense that it teaches you how to change your thinking style so that you react better to stress.  One of the key points is that when stress occurs, there is a "space" between the stimulus and the response to the stimulus.  So there is choice in how much we react to stress.  You can watch the video here.
